BTC Will hit 45K before resuming bullrun in 2022

Prior to the 20k region breakout , BTC had 2 Wyckoff cycles and touched the 0.618 FIB retracement.
I'm expecting the same for BTC before it can break out of the 64k-69k region and resume bullrun.
Mid term short , long term long obviously.
