🔥 Hi friends! Today I will tell you about a rather interesting approach that I myself sometimes use to determine the best price for buying cryptocurrency.
This approach is based on the well-known technical indicator (RSI) with custom settings. As you can see on this chart, it almost perfectly shows the bottom of the market (green bars).
In recent years, you can get the following results: 1. 2018 - 251%. 2. 2020 - 989%. 3. 2022-2023 - the indicator has just reached the bottom
Even better results can be obtained by looking at 2015, when Bitcoin was just starting its bull market.
📊 DOES THIS INDICATOR WORK, BECAUSE IT HAS ALREADY SHOWN 3 SIGNALS? Any Indicator is an additional filter that allows you to filter out unnecessary "noise" from the market. Thus, the indicator shows that Bitcoin is now extremely oversold (fear among investors).
I am sure, if not for the FTX crash, it would have shown a great result the third time. But friends, no one can buy any asset perfectly at the bottom. You can buy close to the bottom, which is what this indicator tries to show.
📊 TRADING PLAN FOR BITCOIN Most likely, Bitcoin should fall to 12-13,000 after local growth to 17,500-18,000. This will happen due to the lack of inflow of new buyers (money to the crypto market).
🚩 When can the inflow resume? After the end of the Federal Reserve rate hike.
Also, a scenario with growth to 32,000 is possible, but only in the case of good macroeconomic forecasts to warm up the "public" and encourage it to buy more crypto.

Enjoy it!
