BTCUSDT: Buy opportunity
The moviing 50% (yellow) shifted and hovered within the lower 50% level (blue). This simply indicates a potential reversal to bullish momentum. Because the price closed above the moving 50% line, I would immediately place a long position and apply a 1:3 risk ratio. Price may try to reach and break the 69800 level and then it will attempt to reach the 70000 level once again.
