Bitcoin will never pass above 10500 if we will not see strong up trend. Historically btc was having only 3 times strong uptrend. on 20k on 12k and on 14k. At the moment its trend is the second most weak trend on its history.The first most weak trend was when it falls 3150 on dec 2018. When it falls on March at 3700 trend was not bad. Now we are 9200 and its trend is worsted than on March. The situation now, reminds the correction on 3150. I do not see bull run at least before Q2 of 2021 and i do not see it to pass 10500 in the nearest future.
