BTCUSDT, Is it a bull or bear?

I will just share my insights on this BTC movement, so as we can see it is now breaking out in the trend line below but the candle does not close below the trend line so i will be waiting for it if it will show some reactions in the supply area of H4 and get some confirmation for a short position coz it might tap the 200MA for a sign of BULL!!!!!
Note
It is approaching its 200MA and i recommend not to enter a trade at this time, lets wait it will pas through below the moving average or nah, coz if not we will have a bullish market!!!!
