BTC almost ready to move up

As you see in the chart BTC almost complete wave 5 of 3. Mostly it will go up to make wave 4 then starts dumping to wave 5
Until now he didn’t complete wave 5 of 3. We just wait to confirmation by breakthrough wave 4 for long position. The target is 0.5 and 0.618 Fibo in the blue rectangular
