For long; stay above 37500 maybe 2 four hour
For short; stay under 34700-34500.

About analysis i think bear getting stronger slowly, RSI back the oversold line but i believe its temporary. Also whale's transfer too much BTC to exchange sites.So bearish at the door for us.
IMPORTANT: Today all movements about president Biden. These 2-3 days we will watch movement about these news :)
