The decision to initiate a broad based market correction effecting almost all assets appears in effect.
Crypto got hit first, and that hit, alongside Powell's speech yesterday, is now sucking the other markets toward the abyss.
I'm expecting a 20-25% correction in the other markets, and BTC might be brought down to 27k since it's the least systemically important market.
This correction shouldn't last too long, maybe a month, and then we can print and re-inflate.
How long?
It depends on where you're located. But if you are where I said you should be, then you'll be fine for the next 12 month. The last major correction (Mar 2020), bought us 12 months of stability in the Core, and this one should buy 6-9 months before things get shaky.
That is, if the other major powers (Russia and China) are agreed to this approach. But their strategists will see the wisdom of this approach and probably give it the nod. And so they should.
Losses?
I don't want to discuss the losses in detail, but we should expect the US population to start decreasing. EU and Russian nations should be fine. China should stay stable.
It'll be interesting, since we're kicking the can, to see whether the Japan Olympics go ahead. I hope they do, since they'll help the Japanese people hold on.
Last month, I believe we were losing 1 million per day, and I'm now upping my estimate to 2 millions per day. So if we can hold on for 12 months, the global population should be 10% from the peak before the Reset itself.
Will this strategy work?
Maybe not, there'll be psychological extremism in the places hit hardest, and things will heat up politically when the heavy losses become apparent and obvious. Crime will become an issue almost everywhere.
