- (AB) has to cross the 0.5 of the (XA), but cannot touch to 0.618 of (XA)
- (BC) has to cross the 0.618 of the (AB), but cannot close above of A
- (CD) is expected to be flagged at 0.886 of (XA)
- The first target is the 0.382 of the A to D
- The second target is the 0.618 of the A to D
- Stop is usually put to 20 pips below of X
