To get long position, We should wait to 16400 to come. Tether domiinance as I analised it should go down up to %7.6. And as I analysed S&p500. İt is in very critical position. So, it will be decisive. If S&P 500 didn't break 3815. I am planning to get long position on 16400 for bitcoin.
