BTC in horizzontal move : neutral view

BTC is for two weeks now between 20500 and 18200 , there is not much to do here as the horizzontal moves means scalping time, today is friday and we are going into the weekend so i do not really see any trade or opportunity today, 19800 and 18800 are two interesting point to try a short or a long small position but always looking at RSI situation, at themoment RSI 15M. 30M and 1H is in oversold position while 4H is overbought, so I would think a move up is possible soon more than a move down, but trading here it is not what i like, I will revised BTC once it get to 19800 or 18800, at the moment i am in a no trade zone
Note
The moved was fast to 20000, still flat waiting for the end of day on BTC
