#Bitcoin is able to break above the local resistance level and hold above it. We will see a move toward the $21,500-$21,700 resistance area and a break above this will send us toward the $24,000 level. BTC needs to hold above $20,400 to remain bullish.
It is still early to say Bear Market is over but there is possibility that we are about to observe A Bear Market rally! The 25th October was the pivot.
