Bitcoin forming bullish divergence

Lets talk bitcoin,
Currently bitcoin bounced above 37600 and at 1 hour time frame. There is bullish divergence between bitcoin candles down trend and RSI + MACD histogram
Bitcoin shows lower lows while RSI made higher lows
We can see bitcoin up to recent resistance at 39k.
