BTCUSDT is Bullish
Price was in a strong downtrend, however, a matured bullish RSI divergence on four hourly time frame hinted that bulls are trying too win control. First higher high is printed and if the price manages to break the declining trendline and prints a new higher high then we can expect a bullish reversal. Targets are mentioned on the chart.
