- Hello all my subscribers, hope that all of you are well.
- Today, I want to express my analyst about BTC's movement in next several days. In this analyst, I will focus on trend line, MACD and RSI. Let's go.
1. Trend line: It's easy for realizing that BTC's price is now in downtrend but from 19 June 2022 to current time, BTC make an increase movement from 17,593 to 21,888. But yesterday, price broke down trend line (as chart above). Therefore, the question is whether price will keep reducing to deeper bottom or accumulating at current price and back to uptrend. To answer this question, I must estimate price's structure and price's kinetic energy. To do this, MACD and RSI will support me.
2. MACD: This is great indicator, it tells us many signals. At this time, MACD line cut Signal line as proof that price's structure in uptrend had been broken. Beside, histogram's slope moving down and transferred to negative. Combine two factors, I have enough confirmation for reversal movement (downtrend).
3. RSI: this is only obstacle in my analyst. RSI's movement is very hard for analyzing. From 22 June 2022 to current time, it just moving around 50. 50 is key important level. If price RSI break under 50, downtrend's speed will be very fast. In timeframe 4H, RSI is trying to keep above 50 but I believe that it will broke down soon. In smaller TF, RSI is moving under 50. I know that many people think that smaller TF (1H, 2H, 3H,..) can not reflect price's movement in big TF. But you must remember that a series of small trend will create big trend.
- Conclusion: The high probability that downtrend will come very soon so what is strategy now. Current time, spot is not best choice. Of course, you can buy and DCA but that is not my style. Instead, I want to take advantage of future contract anđ open SHORT. Therefore, I recommend trading idea as below:
- BTCUSDTPER - SHORT - 10x
- Entry price: Current price.
- TP: 20xx-18xxx.
- SL : 22xx.
