SOONER OR LATER
Simple chart, 19-16 looks as a perfect range for accumulating imo, before an expansion to 30-40 area. It will take as much as marketmaker needs but sooner or later new ATH will be drawn (if bitcoin stays calm and does not drown the entire altmarket as usual).
