CADJPY is currently making lower lows and lower closes, which indicates a bearish trend. The price is retracing toward the resistance zone and the upper boundary of the channel. Given that the major trend remains bearish, this pullback presents an opportunity to short the market. The price action is demonstrating a strong bearish movement, followed by weaker pullbacks, indicating that the bulls are not in control. I anticipate that the market will provide further opportunities for trend continuation in the bearish direction.
