The companies recent earnings report was horrendous as was the outlook, that alone was a good reason to discard your stock but the news that the CEO was making a abrupt departure was a real alarm bell moment. The stock has been in a rapid decline since its IPO and has followed a pattern of sizable drops, this one may be much greater so don't try and catch the knife, wait for indicators to show some sings of recovery.
