Anyway, CLV has been in the downtrend since birth. It seems CLV is trying to make a reversal by making higher highs and higher lows. For reversal confirmation, CLV has to break above the horizontal resistance area. Also, it is also possible that a cup and handle pattern is unfolding. Let's see what happens.

So, after CLV couldn't break the horizontal resistance area, went down to retest the lowest low area. Have to wait for CLV to break the minor downtrend first. Let's see what happens.
