Could this be a 4 month set up for another big move

It looks like another Cup/Handle may be forming. This could be a BIG move in the fall, as we get closer to 5G implementation nationwide.
Note
This has bounced back much sooner than expected. My near-term target is 4.22. This could take off when 5G implementations begin in 2019.
