Center Line test

As the late dear dr. A. H. Andrews wrote:
"There is a high probability that:
prices will reach the latest ML (Center Line)
prices will either reverse on meeting the ML (Center Line) or gap through it"
.. and DATS gave us a pretty nice "case study" to check.
