Greetings,
First off some topics and questions to ask yourself concerning the indices:
1) The corona pandemic is expanding itself to the corners of the world. Lesser developed coutnries are now too seeing infections rise and are less capapable off fighting the virus.
How will the state of countries like India, Peru and Brasil effect the stockmarket - global economy?
2) Whether you call it wave 1 or 2, some European countries have somewhat managed to flathened the curve but may have reopend too soon.
Will infections in Europe rise again?
3) The global economy and its supply chains have been disrupted harder than some people realize.
How many will go bankrupt?
4) Social depression rises and conflicts start to rise across the globe.
How much more can reality handle before it faces fiction?
Scenario A (Bullish)
Money poors in the stockmarket and creates a bullish scenario where many who sat on the sidelines will be pushed to join the next ''bull market''.
Secanario B (Waterfall)
Investors realize the stockmarket rebounded too fast and is most likely to fall into the pits where it came from for the time being. Corona wave 1 or 2 will have no mercy this time.
I am not a pro, merely an adventurer.
Kind regards,
Paramas
