Take a look at the self-explanatory chart
Note
often, we hear people talk about some great stock that they owned and we get excited. Blindly, we throw ourselves into the market and failed to realise we bought them at the cliff level. What's ahead is the smoke screen that is not easily visible if you are not careful to observe. The fall down can break your bones, get a fracture or a bye bye to you. So, please , please , please no matter how juicy the deal seems, remember, your money is your money and only you must decide how to use it. The least you could do is perform some research, plot your chart, etc. Then, when you are still sleepless over it and convinced it is a good buy, at least if you have to fall off the cliff, you do so gracefully with a smile (like in some movies, the villain fell off the building). Ok, be serious, at this time of need, be cautious about your investment, be it hundreds or thousands you are putting in. Every bit counts now .....
