DOT still in downtrend
DOT had a slight bounce, what I call an "elephant tusk"... don't be fooled on the 15 min and 1 hour chart a clar H&S pattern has emerged.

If DOT goes above and stays abobve $8.90, then this idea in invalid, and the retracement is on hold until after the next peak.Note
