Dot is testing resistance and formed an ascending triangle on the 4 hour and it seems the break out is on the verge of happening it will be the 3rd time testing resistance, so i believe a bullish break out will happen
Note
possible head and shoulder formation, on the 30 min might get a pull back to around 15 $ to retest support, will update the details later on
