This time not going to tell much about the technical views but more into the news. Datasonic Financial Analysis is very good ! The competitor between the e-Government MyEG shows a buy back shares today (28 May 2020).
Not going to compare, latest news regarding datasonic is the rising of high volume of shares for preparation of immigration document (something like that) that worth of RM500 millions.
Based on the shares secured by the owner of the Datasonic, unfortunately here cannot view the picture of pdf or picture document please visit the bursa annoucement website (link : bursamalaysia.com/market_information/announcements/company_announcement/announcement_details?ann_id=3054004).
Personally, my own TP for this counter fly high after the share imposed to RM1.8 as the owner place the share at RM1.53.
But be cautious, every trade have a support and resistance line. The breakout through the resistance line will tell you how convincing the future price with a good support of volume !
The immediate support line for this counter is RM1.53/RM1.45
The immediate resistance line RM1.58/RM1.65
The TP RM1.75/RM1.83
Entry above RM1.53
Cut loss if your trade is approaching 4%( Minimize the risk ok !)
