Has it begun?

I published a long term idea relating to what appears to be our Cycle II, playing out. Has it completed? With all the chop, it is easy to find what appear to be irregularities, but at some point, things get so stretched out that you gotta zoom out and find more regularities.

Still, I ended up with an irregular bullish B, and that seems expected here, if we are about to start a Cycle III.

We got the ((C)) wave, down. I think "it" has begun, now. Next target it 106.50-106.79. After that, could retrace as low as 103.34. If the Cycle II is complete, I would expect a move up to about 108-110 region for Primary ((1)) of III. IF this is only a Primary ((4)) of I, which I am leaning toward after a weekend of study, we should move up above 108 , but no higher than 109.23, so wave ((3)) is longest. These will be the potential clues I am watching for this and next week.
