retracing to 94 or going up t0 97

today was all upwards is 95 ,23 top and it goes down to 94 , or does it keep going up to 97,7

if 94 40 double bottom does nt stop fall , its bye bye dollar ,

94 .40 is now the pivot up or down for me but to use as sl 94 .66 as a sell to buy If you feel it s a buy 95 up
