The FED is doing everything it can to prevent the strengthening of the US dollar and thus the collapse of the world financial system.
An increase of the US dollar means = increase of the debts of emerging economies = higher interest rates + redemption payment = withdrawal of liquidity = devaluation of the corresponding currency = further increase of foreign debt in USD. The only way to avoid this is massive intervention by the FED and the buying up of US government bonds.
In doing so, the FED must destroy the present chart formation and break through the 94.65. If FED not succeed, a significant increase of the US dollar is on the cards.
