Dollar has more runway

Ive noticed that were about to enter overbought on the RSI 4 hour.

Interestingly, when it becomes overbought for the first time on the 4 hour, it generally puts in a couple more overboughts in a row. This suggests to me that the dollar is probably on the move.

Ive thrown a random harmonic which is incomplete, but a possibility... The weekly MACD shows tripple bullish divergence, and the moving averages on the MACD have twisted up.

Ive been long dollars for some time now, and i dont think this is nessecarily the greatest place to make a move, but I am publishing this because I believe when DXY trends up, markets in general do not do well.

(we previously went slightly overbought on this run already), so this one would be more overbought after the next rally, and probably another after that.

Looking at this channel, maybe a rejection from the top soon, but wont change the trend IMO. Maybe we even break thru.

I dont see why we dont test the breakout here, at 105.87.

I also dont see why we would come all this way to not break out.

With scams running rampant, like bitcoin, and tesla, and nvidia, we must make the dollar great again.

In parabolic rallies (which I would categorize this as) the dxy generally puts in at least a 1.5% - 3% daily candle.

So far only have baby candles. Not there yet IMO.

I could be very very wrong here since were at the top of the channel, but in my eyes, i see us accelerating... were spending less time at the bottom of the channel and more at the top.

I think we break through and start going parabolic....

still looking for those 1.5-3% daily candles to start considering a top...

Okay so no breakout yet... but it is still coming i think.

Either this is the bottom, or its over. and stocks rally, and everyone is rich again. Bottom of range, higher low, bull divergences on a few timeframes.

Massive capitulation in yields today, maybe one more day in a bottom formation, maybe god candle up right away, either way... dont want to break below channel, definitely dont want to break below green line, and if we make a lower low thats uber bad.

To make a bet here i simply bought SQQQ.

They bring these markets to such extremes lately up an down, always best to wait till the literal last second, final support/resistance....

DXY also looking like it held.

So we held the support... had a major bounce, slight retrace, and back off to the races.

Next resistance is 107.99

I suspect we break through to 109.27, while putting the RSI into overbought.
