Dollar go up, dollar go down

Things going to plan. Anticipate at least 3 more weeks of inching lower, followed by some weeks of swings before dollar strengthens.Note
Just a guess, target could go much much lower. This could be an ABC, not H&S.. but if H&S my crystal ball would ladder entries long from here to a buy zone of 89 to 90.1Not financial advice, I have no clue what I'm doing.
