DXY (Dollar Index) | The best area to fallđź“Ť
Hello traders, Dollar index in daily timeframe. In this analysis, the said wave 4 is examined in the weekly time.
As mentioned in the previous analysis, the a and b waves are complete and we are now inside the c wave. And waves 1, 2 and 3 are complete and we are inside wave 4. There are three modes for wave 4:
1- Complex correction
2- Felt correction
3- Triangle correction
According to the chart, we consider this correction to be flat until its flatness is violated.
This plate is forming a c wave.
If the price of putty completely breaks the resistance line (blue) to go to the specified targets.
If the price breaks the red channel floor, the Fibonacci zone will move to 0.618 and we should expect a good reaction in that area.
