Bullish pattern" Wolfe wave"

The Wolf pattern is nothing more than an expanding wedge. Indeed, we see several consecutive highs and lows, and the countdown starts from point 1. It is called the base before the first peak for a bullish pattern. The word "base" is used for a reason: it means a line of three consecutive extrema - points 2, 3 and 4. Point 1 may be formed in consolidation conditions.

Here point 2 is the base of the first uertex.

Point 3 is the price minimum of the correction after the first peak (point 2).

Point 4 is the maximum of the second vertex.

Point 1 is the base before point 2 (top), which exceeded point 3 (correction).

Point 5 - Point of entry (intersection of ray 1-3).

Point 6 is the top* (profit fixing point] of the intersection of the price chart with ray 1-4.
