A confirmed breakout above this level could open the way for a rapid move toward the 0.22–0.41 range due to the low-volume gap in between. However, RSI is still below 40, indicating that momentum remains weak and a clear trend reversal has not yet been confirmed. Entering new long positions without confirmation carries elevated risk.
