EOS about to moon?

It looks like a good bull pennant has formed, question is can it break out during this BTC dip? And if it does, can it hit 15?
Personally I'm hodling most of my EOS for long term.

Looks like BTC is dumping again, I'd say it is more likely that it will break down.Comment
