Coming back from a long weekend, we will likely see a surge tomorrow morning as we kick off the new month of September. Many traders are expecting a red month since "history says September is the worst-performing month of the year by most metrics," however others like Goldman Sachs remains optimistic and even lowered their analysis of the probability of a U.S. recession to 15% (from 20%) today. There is still a lower gap to be filled at 4300 range, which may be the lowest point in September? Next week (on September 13 and 14, respectively) we have CPI and PPI coming up.
