Is this going to be third time charm attempt to break the downtrend with reactions to fed speaks in few minutes, TA says we are in Bull exhaustion zone and consolidation awaits

This is the exhaustion stage on Demark sequential Idea and daily reached 9 , on longer time frames like Daily , 12 Hour and or 8 Hour calling consolidation here , let the market decide , a 20 pint + or - will be landmine and a day trader heaven until a trend again
