- Long when < 20% Of S&P 500 Stocks are over 10-Day-Average and < 20% over 50-Day-Average
- Short when > 80% Of S&P 500 Stocks are over 10-Day-Average and > 80% over 50-Day-Average
- Long when < 20% Of S&P 500 Stocks are over 10-Day-Average and < 20% over 50-Day-Average
