Small inverse head and shoulders - ETC
ETC has done a long way up, it is outpreforming most coins in the market, at least out of the top 13 coin it has done the best job with his moon rocket.
I am new to ETC, but I am very bullish with this coin.. here you can see my vision and I would expect it to be acting accordingly with other cryptos.
weather or not it will outpreform.. I dont know, but either way I see it will go up.
