Unfortunately, alt coins are not doing well these days and ETH is not an exception.
There is a major support at 0.045 thus you may buy some there but I would be careful as uncertainties in alt coin market can negatively affect ETH. Thus, we can see 0.024 - 0.025 levels again in months to come.
