#ETHBTC Good point to enter altcoins
I see a good opportunity to enter any altcoin, especially 
Ethereum
From Mar 25 tons of new liquidity have entered the market through Bitcoin. Not surprising as Bitcoin is the most liquid crypto so far.
Dominance index is on the top despite the continuous evolution of all altcoins which must press BTC along with speculation between coins (mostly BTC vs. alts)
