ETHBTC Consolidation will be the key for Altcoin strength.
ETHBTC has been in consolidation for the past 4 months. Once this starts to breakout there can be alt season in which the likes we haven't seen before. ETH out performing BTC at these levels will be key to understanding when to take the bigger risk on plays.
