How will ETH breack this pattern ?

based on hourly analysis: it seems interesting to follow the way in which ETH will break this figure... In my opinion, two scenarios to consider: 1° a breakout from above to test the $2820 zone; 2° a break down to resume the downward movement towards $1780.
Even if the volumes and the bearish divergence of the RSI make me lean towards the second alternative, nothing is decided yet! Tell me what you think !

let's see how the price will react to the opening of the US markets...Note
ETH finally broke this triangle from the top...so I come back to my basic analysis on which I should have been patient, but my judgment was influenced by this triangle pattern...I am patient now to see how the price reacts to meeting the oblique trend line that we see at the top of the chart! Will the price rebound break the line, given the level we are at, the timing seems quite crucial :P
