ETHUSD is again at crucial 4 hr point...
ETHUSD is again at crucial 4 hr point, the bears having won the last couple up TL clashes as circled - something is going to happen here again, and I feel bears are exhausted, and with much more prospect to the north % wise, this is a long call with very decent R/R
