I've built an indicator that finds candles with extreme greed / bull strength and fear/bear strength. As seen in the image below, this 2-week candle for ETH has opened with that dot.
Once the wavetrend `(fast-wave minus slow-wave)` crosses bullish again (the indicator on the chart above) on the daily time-frame, I suspect ETH will see ATH again in very short order.

Interesting to note this is also basically a fractal of the may drop on a smaller time-frame as you can see here, similarly to Bitcoin.Note

12-hour RSI is bullish again, but the DMI is still showing bears in control on the daily, hence the indicator reads "bull *soon*".
