Ethereum Tests Higher Levels
Ethereum has gotten a lift and is tending toward $3646. This is the next level to break before we can consider 
4K again. We are seeing strong momentum coming through with the Kovach OBV. If we face resistance here, watch for a retracement $3473, or $3324. We are seeing a red triangle on the KRI, just below $3646, suggesting we are facing some resistance here.
