Another ascending scallop forms on eth 30 min

Here's an annotated ascending scallop, with price targets on Eth.

Note

This scallop busted an upwards breakout, then double busted by failing to move much lower at all on the downbreak.

That means that if we can move first to the handle - $609.71, and then above the confirmation line at $621.97, we could see a powerful move up.

I'm expecting whipsaw.

So just to be clear, this is already a double busted scallop.

We have to see whether we breakdown or up.
