ETHUSD has been dropping significantly the last few days. However the number of shorts has exceeded longs on Bitfinex. If you did not open shorts last week or even earlier in the month, this is NOT the time. Bears have exhausted lots of momentum.
Obviously whether we go down a lot further depends on Bitcoin's movement. I don't see BTC going down too much further, unless there's breaking news.
There's bullish divergence on many indicators which I will not bother to show them here. DYOR

Whether we go down further depends on if BTC bounce from 6900 area. If it breaks 6900 and close below in daily, we can go down to 5300 and 4500. Otherwise we will go up to about 8000. Depending on what we do there, we will possibly drop again.Note
