OK, I believe there are new lows this year for ETH; however, this Wyckoff is suggesting that this descent might be the lows for a time and ready to start another push or at least a another bear rally?
I will not change my primary decision from bearish until I see a successful 'TEST' above the spring low with VOLUME and advance.
If that occurs I will open LONGS on that HIGHER LOW.
I am also watching ETHUSDLONGS for an increase in orders as another confirmation signal.
