ETH.USDT (Y21.P1.E1).All time high fractal

Hi,
Just like BTC hitting the all time high 19k and consolidating beneath, ETH seems to be doing the same.
Some ascending triangle, either it goes up directly from here or does a ABC move to the top level and grind up.
This will mean that BTC is likely to go sideways or slowly climb up as well.
